Manchester PSC are involved in a range of solidarity activities including Public Meeting, Film Shows, Vigils and Stalls. The main focus of PSC activity relates to the Stop the Wall Campaign and the Boycot Israeli Goods Campaign. If your want to be kept informed about future activities, join our mailing list either email or postal. If you want to help with organising activies come to our monthly organising meeting usually the first Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm in the meeting room above the Falafal Resturant, Wilmslow Road in Rusholme (on the Manchester's Curry Mile) close to the junction with Great Western Street.

PALESTINE LIVES 2008

PSC Rally in the North of England

A celebration of Palestinian art, culture, history and experience.

Palestine Lives 2008 is a celebration of Palestinian art, culture, history and experience. It brings together artists, poets and musicians from Palestine and England to celebrate the Palestine and its culture 60 year after the Palestinian Nakba, Zionism's ethnic cleansing of Palestine.

There will be stall informing people of issues facing people in the Middle East, as well as peace organization campaigning not just for peace in the region but against nuclear weapons and all war.

Speakers will bring messages of solidarity with the Palestinian peoples struggle for peace and justice.

This event comes at a time when the situation in Gaza is at crisis point, with people, especially children starving and dying due to lack of food, water and medicines, but first and foremost the actions of the Israeli occupation forces.

Support this event to raise awareness in the face of a daily hostile press and media.
